Field of Interest (FOI) - Culture and Society

Amnesty International at Glendale Community College promotes human rights on campus, in the community, and around the world. The club provides learning and leadership opportunities for students so that they can take action on matters important to them. We host events on campus regularly, such as Banned Books Week, Social Justice Poetry Night, and the Global Write-a-thon.

AIGCC welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and supports the human rights of people regardless of ethnicity, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation.
