What We Do
The STEM Connect Student Success Center is located in the computer commons area of the High Tech Center (HT2) building and houses both tutoring services in various STEM subjects and STEM-specific academic advising and student success services.
Academic advising is provided to all students majoring in a STEM subject area or working towards an AAS in a STEM field. You will be assigned a dedicated advisor specializing in the STEM majors offered at GCC and are encouraged to check in with your advisor on a regular basis.
In addition, a STEM Connect Student Success Coach will assist you to establish your overall educational goals, provide information regarding college resources, assist in understanding the transfer process and provide a direct point of contact on campus.
Student Success Coaches are available between 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., individual hours vary. Please contact the STEM Connect office for specific hours at (623) 845-3552 or stem.connect@gccaz.edu.
