Ways to Get Help

If you need Technical Support we are here to help.

If you need help with a Maricopa District application including My.Maricopa, Canvas or Student email see the Maricopa District Student Help section below.

If you need help with just about anything else, choose the way that is best for your needs:

At the Main Campus

In-Person: This is by far the best way to get help. Come to our Service Desk, located in Computer Commons in the High Tech 1 (HT1) Building Computer Commons.

Online: Use our Self Service Portal to open new service tickets or review existing tickets.

Email: Send your question to servicedesk@gccaz.edu. Please send the email from your own account, preferably your Maricopa Student Email account, so we can verify that we are sending the information to the correct person. We answer emails during our hours of operation.

Phone: (623) 845-3555. We'll do our best to solve your technology problems, including Maricopa Enterprise ID (MEID) issues. Be prepared to answer security questions to verify your identity as a GCC student.

At the North Campus

In-Person:  Visit the North Service Desk in the GCC Library/Computer Commons in the Beshbito Building.

Online: Use our Self Service Portal to open new service tickets or review existing tickets. This is the same for both Main and North.
