Service Desk

The Service Desks are where to go for in-person, one-on-one support. The Service Desks also provide support via phone, email and online as described on the Ways To Get Help page.

Students can get with:

  • Logging onto computers
  • MEID password resets & other issues
  • Printing
  • Logging into Canvas or other Maricopa applications
  • Saving documents
  • Launching programs & applications
  • Connecting to the Wireless Network
  • Student ID card encoding
  • Computer audio issues
  • Issues with the scanning workstations

At the Main Campus

The Service Desks at GCC Main are located in the Computer Commons in the High Tech 1 building and the Library Media Center.

 

At the North Campus

The Service Desk at GCC North is in the Library & Media Services and Computer Commons, in the Beshbito (B) building.
