The Service Desks are where to go for in-person, one-on-one support. The Service Desks also provide support via phone, email and online as described on the Ways To Get Help page.
Students can get with:
- Logging onto computers
- MEID password resets & other issues
- Logging into Canvas or other Maricopa applications
- Saving documents
- Launching programs & applications
- Connecting to the Wireless Network
- Student ID card encoding
- Computer audio issues
- Issues with the scanning workstations
