GCC’s Scholarship Opportunities
GCC offers a variety of scholarships. Opportunities depend on major or degree program, ethnicity, financial need, interests, GPA, among other criteria. Individual GCC Scholarships are posted through Maricopa Community College's Scholarship Manager as they become available, so check the site often as dates vary for each scholarship.
GCC Departmental Scholarship Opportunities
Several academic departments at GCC offer scholarships. Award amounts and criteria vary and scholarships are usually restricted to students majoring in a particular academic discipline. Each academic division is responsible for awarding these scholarships. Please contact the department directly for information about the application process.

| Performing Arts |
Both majors and non-majors are encouraged to apply for scholarships in Music, Theatre, and Dance. The scholarship amount is based on your current course load, specifically the number of Performing Arts classes being taken, and performance ability. GCC Transfer Scholarships
Transferring to a University? Some scholarship opportunities are available depending on the university you are transferring to when you have completed your studies at GCC. Online applications are accepted through Maricopa Community College's Scholarship Manager.
Also, be sure to contact the Financial Aid or Scholarship Office of the institution you are transferring to, and ask about available scholarships. Here are just a few: Arizona State University, Grand Canyon University, Northern Arizona University and the University of Arizona.
