Guided Meditation
Faculty, staff and students
Join us Monday through Thursday from 1:30 to 2 p.m. in person at the Center for Learning or online on Zoom for a guided meditation session.
Mindfulness is Beneficial
Students who practice mindfulness can be more successful at achieving their educational and life goals. Longitudinal studies indicate that mindfulness has several benefits:
- Trains attention
- Increases concentration
- Reduces stress
In addition, research in Developmental Education has shown impressive results in student academic achievement when combined with mindfulness practices.
