EMT Program

EMT Program

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Education Program is a comprehensive, hands-on training course designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in emergency medical services. This program prepares students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond to a wide range of medical emergencies, including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and environmental emergencies.

The curriculum combines classroom instruction, practical skills labs, and clinical experience in both hospital and pre-hospital settings. Students will learn patient assessment, CPR, airway management, bleeding control, splinting, and safe transport techniques. The program also emphasizes critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork under pressure.

Taught by experienced EMS professionals, the course follows the National EMS Education Standards and meets all state and national certification requirements. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification exam.

This program is ideal for individuals seeking a career in emergency medical services, fire departments, law enforcement, or healthcare. It also serves as a strong foundation for advanced EMS training, including AEMT and Paramedic programs. Whether entering the field or advancing a healthcare career, this EMT program provides essential lifesaving skills and professional readiness for high-pressure medical environments.

We also offer CPR and First Aid classes for the general public, Hands only CPR training, Stop the Bleed Training, EMT Refresher classes, and CPR certification renewal.
