Create music and connect with the community

Drum circles create an exhilarating energy vibration and frequency. The benefits of a drum circle: reduces stress, elevates mood, provides a platform for emotional expression, boosts cognitive function and promotes physical well-being. 

No musical experience is necessary. A facilitator will guide the event. 

Open to the community ages 10+ (10 -17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
 

What to bring

We recommend bringing a portable chair or a cushion to sit on. Please bring any type of percussion: hand drum-any kind, bells, chimes, shakers, rattles, xylophone, cymbal, gong, tambourine, bongos, if you can make a rhythm sound with it, bring it! If you do not have a musical item to bring, one will be provided for you.

Soleri Amphitheater

The Soleri Amphitheater is located on the Northwest side of campus next to the football field. The amphitheater has an artificial grassy area and lots of cement seating. Parking is in the same area (S4 & S5 lots).
