Biography
I built my career around education, business, and technology, working in both the public and private sectors. I have over 18 years of experience in higher education designing and building classes and 12 years of teaching experience in higher education. I have taught in the Maricopa Community College District as adjunct faculty in the Computer and Information Systems (CIS) department since 2015. I have been working in higher education since 2007 as staff as a technology trainer, employee developer, and instructional designer, before I transitioned to residential faculty at GCC om 2024 in Business & Information Technology. Prior to that, I worked in industry and have a background in brand management, marketing, and graphic design. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Art in Photography and a Master of Education in Educational Technology from Arizona State University. My graduate coursework focused on planning, designing, and building engaging and high-quality online courses. I am a Quality Matters Master Reviewer and Peer Reviewer since 2011.
