Writing Centers
The Writing Center is open from the third week of the fall and spring semesters to the end of the second to last week of the fall and spring semesters.
The Writing Center offers free, 30-minute tutoring sessions once per week with a faculty member and/or qualified tutor to discuss writing assignments. Most students bring in assignments that they're currently working on, although we also help with prewriting, writing a resume, taking essay tests effectively, general study skills and more. Any writing in any class — lab reports, research papers, business writing, and so on — is fair game. Let us help you!
