Veteran's Support Coalition
The Veteran's Support Coalition, a student club at GCC, is open to student veterans, their families and dependents. In addition to social activities and events, members can find academic support and tutoring services. We also offer our Woman Veterans the GCC Veteran Woman's Group to further open communication in our veteran population.
Next meetings:Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday @ 1 p.m. and 3rd Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Administration Building, A123 (ACE/Early Outreach entrance). Women Veterans Support Group
The Veteran Services Center has created a support group for women veterans. The purpose of the group is to give women a “safe place” in which to discuss issues with their peers. Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the lounge at the Vet Center with a break during the Summer. Watch for announcements on the “Veteran Community Hot Line in your GCC email accounts.
Veteran's Sentinel Newsletters
The Veteran's Sentinel newsletter, designed for GCC veterans and their families, includes information about special events, veterans’ benefits changes, scholarships, social activities and local resources.
