Obstacle Example: We lost two of our four man crew at the beginning of this undertaking.
Our biggest issue with these builds was having enough staffing to build them within the two months
we had.
The solution: We sent out a request for any techs that were interested in how to build a computer
to come by and volunteer time and gain experience. The turnout was amazing. From there, we assessed
skill levels and work ethics and were able to use different people on different tasks. We hired one
individual out right as a temporary full-time tech. We created separate, but equally important, tasks
and distributed them based on the stated criteria (skill level and work ethics).
The outcome: We actually finished ahead of schedule with very little assembly issues.
