Office Toner
The following is the process for requesting toner for office or department use for the Glendale campus. If a lab or classroom is out of toner please see the Academic Lab Toner Request Procedure.
1. Call the Technology Help Desk (53555) to request a toner cartridge for your printer. Please provide the following information to the Technology Help Desk:
- Type of printer
- Toner type (if known)
- Quantity of toner to be delivered and/or installed (no more than two toners of the same type per supply requisition)
- Building and office number where the printer is located
From the information provided, the Technology Help Desk will:
- Inform the requester of the toner product number and price per unit of toner. Please include this information on the supply requisition.
- Technology Help Desk will create a work order for an Office Technician to deliver and/or install toner.
2. Complete a supply requisition form (available from the Cashier's Office).
The following must be completed on the supply requisition before any toner can be delivered and/or installed;
- Date
- Department
- Department supervisor, chair or designee signature
- Quantity of toner (no more than two toners of the same type per supply requisition)
- Type of toner
- Unit price of toner
- CFS account code to be charged
3. Once the toner has been delivered or installed the "Originator" copy of the supply requisition will be given to the requester for their records.
4. The Tool Room Technician will forward the remaining copies of the supply requisition to the Cashier's Office to process a charge to the department account.
