The Technology Support Services (TSS) is a functional workgroup of College Technology Services. Our group was formed under the IT reorganization in 2007 to focus on purchasing, building, servicing academic, administrative computers, supplies and peripherals.
Technology Acquisitions
Our team purchases all campus technology including hardware, software, consulting services, phone and data infrastructure, maintenance contracts and campus computing supplies such as ink, toner and printer paper.

Hardware Repair and Maintenance Services
Each year our team builds and deploys 500-800 computers across labs, classrooms and administrative offices. By building each machine, our technicians have the knowledge to trouble shoot and repair with a short turnaround time less than two hours. We also have certified technicians on staff to repair PC’s, Mac’s and HP LaserJet printers. Maintenance contracts are also maintained for warranty repairs on Epson and HP printers.
