Professional tennis players participate in a championship fight against cancer

Expect some of the biggest tennis stars to shine in Surprise this month.
The 2nd Annual Cancer Treatment Centers of America Championships will be taking place Oct. 8-11 at the Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex at 14469 W. Paradise Lane.
The legendary line up of tennis players includes Andre Agassi, Jimmy Arias, Jim Courier, Wayne Ferreira, Aaron Krickstein, Mark Philippoussis, Mikael Pernfors and Mats Wilander.
All players are over 30 years old and are men.
Ticket prices range from $35 for silver seating and $45 for gold seating for one tennis session.
Also, tennis fans can purchase admission into all matches with a 10 percent saving overall and have a meet and greet with the tennis players.
The tennis matches are divided into five sessions, three rounds, and players must accumulate a total of ten points to win a match.
The winners of each session are taken to the championship match in hope of winning $150,000 on Sunday, Oct. 11.
