Everyday bus drivers with white shirts drive past GCC to pick-up or drop-off passenger on Olive Avenue. We know that Veolia Transportation, Phoenix private contractor for over 35 years, provide top-notch customer service and speedy on-time performance.

The transit department contracts with Veolia to operate the South and North Division bus yard. They have over 200 bus operators everyday to serve you with customer service. The study says that Veolia Transportation provides good on-time performance to pick up and drop off passengers. That provides good service for GCC students who use Veolia everyday on Route 90- Dunlap/Cave Creek.

Veolia Transportation does a good job on fixing buses at their yard to keep them running for the next revenue service day.

The GM of Veolia Transportation Larry Kucera keeps his employees busy everyday providing customer service and good on-time performance.

Second runner-up for on-time performance is First Transit out in the West Valley because they pick up and drop off passenger is little bit late. Their bus drivers still work hard every day to provide on-time performance at bus stop. Their bus maintenance and customer service has improved after GM Marc Perla took over two years ago when Laidlaw became First Transit.

First Transit operate Valley Metro Heavy-duty routes in Phoenix including Route 3- Van Buren, Route 17- McDowell, Route 29- Thomas and Route 41- Indian School.

The GCC studies say "That Veolia Transportation is number one for on-time performance and top-notch customer service. Good job Veolia Transportation for helping GCC student to be on-time everyday for school.
