Sheriff Joe Arpaio remains in power over Maricopa County

Maricopa County did it again, by a large majority they voted to keep Sheriff Joe Arpaio in power as Sheriff.
It is blatantly apparent that voters like his mistreatment of Maricopa County (MC) citizens, they like that he has disregard for people's eighth amendment rights, "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted", and their fifth amendment rights "innocent until proven guilty."
Voters like that he has cost this county millions in lawsuits, $41 million to be exact, due to the conditions of his jails, civil rights violations and his treatment of criminals.
MC voters must really like that the jails have lost their health accreditation, therefore further allowing inmates to win more of MC's tax dollars in these lawsuits.
If voters like spending their tax dollars on Sheriff Joe than they must really love the cost that the Wells Fargo building detracts from the budget-$600,000 a year. Money meant to go toward fighting crime, but a lavish office space helps fight crime better though, right?
They like that 911 call response times has risen to 11 minutes.
Then the citizens also must enjoy having 41,000 felons and 30,000 misdemeanor arrestees with warrants running loose on their streets.
Citizens like that Arpaio's "Tough on Crime" tactics have produced no results in his policies.
MC voter's love that he has taken it upon himself to interpret the immigrations law to his own understanding; the same law that holds employers at fault for hiring "illegal" individuals, but old Joe doesn't like that part of the law, so he just arrests the "illegals" and doesn't hold their employers accountable.
MC citizens love best of all the racism, the hatred and the intolerance that Arpaio promotes.
Voter's like that pre-trial detainees (the ones with Fifth Amendment rights) are exposed to violent, dirty, unhealthy and extreme conditions in his jails.
MC citizens like that Arpaio plasters their faces on his website before they've even seen a judge for their crime, therefore labeling them criminals before it's even hit the court. They like that several of them have died in jail awaiting trial.
It seems to me that I live in a county with voters who hold absolutely no value in their Constitutional Rights.
It seems to me I live in a county with individuals who would rather watch Arpaio pull publicity stunts like his raids on city town halls then actually get some real work done.
What do voters like about Sheriff Arpaio? It's completely apparent they don't like the facts.
