Nov. 10 The Associated Student Government (ASG) hosted the Veterans' Day Commemoration in order to honor the men and women that have served our country.

The event started off with a Color Guard routine that raised our waving American flag by the Enrollment Center.

GCC student takes time from his busy school schedule to participate in an obstacle course prepared to test his physical limits.

Chuck Jeffrey, John Macy, Dr. Jose Escobedo, and Jose Mendoza gave inspiring speeches for all in attendance.

There was a great turnout from the Glendale Community College (GCC) student body, faculty, and staff.

ASG supplied free food serving in abundance hot dogs, hamburgers, and lemonade.

ASG provided an interactive obstacle course for students to participate in.

The obstacle course included races with tires, hurdles, and rope crawls. A large thank you to ASG and GCC for putting together this event.

A huge thank you to all of the brave heroes that have defended and continue to defend our country, The United States of America.

Always remember and honor those that have served and those that continue to serve and protect America.
