Admissions Policy

Admission may be granted to any person who:
  1. Is a graduate of an accredited or approved high school
  2. Has a high school certificate of equivalency (GED)
  3. Is 18 years of age or older
  4. Is a college or university transfer student in good standing

Admission* may be granted to any person under age 18 who:

  1. Achieves Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) Composite
    • SATI 930 or more
    • SAT II 500 or more
  2. Achieves American College Test (ACT) Composite Score of 22 or more

Student Information Form and Request for Admission Students Under the Age of 18 form*

Admission* with Special Status may be granted to any person who:

  1. Is age 16 or older and meets course requirements based on assessment
  2. Is under age 18 and has taken college assessment tests to demonstrate necessary academic skill level to benefit from course. Departments may have additional requirements.
  3. Is a participant in a special program sponsored by the admitting college

Admission to Western Undergraduate Exchange Program (WUE) may be granted to any person who:

  1. Resides in a WUE recognized state
  2. Indicates intent on Student Information Form at time of admission
  3. Does not intend to establish Arizona residency
