Cap and Gown Pickup
Commencement Participation - Caps and GownsQualified degree and certificate applicants, who have filed a petition to graduate and paid the $25 Commencement Fee, may pick up a cap and gown for the May 10, 2013 ceremony:
| Tuesday, April 23 through Thursday, April 25 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. | |
| Friday, April 26 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. |
Please pay the Commencement Participation Fee of $25.00 at the Cashier's Office in the Enrollment Center. Once paid, bring the paid receipt to the cap and gown pick-up station at the Enrollment Services counter.
The commencement Line of March is prepared from the Commencement Participation Reply Card, so it is important that you fill out the card when you obtain your cap and gown.
Degree and Certificate recipients will receive a cap, gown, tassel and five free announcements. Additional announcements may be purchased for $1.00 each at the Cashiers Office.
Degree recipients with a graduating grade point average of 3.5 or higher will receive an honor cord as follows:
