Information for Solicitors/Vendors

• Completion and submission of a Vendor Week Participation Request
• Requests must be received 10 (ten) business days prior to desired participation dates
  
• Prior approval obtained from the Office of Student Life
• Prepayment of $50 per day or $125 for the full week Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  
• Certificate of Commercial Liability Insurance (Insurance Information) with 
Maricopa Community Colleges listed as an additional insured

Upon receipt and approval of your Vendor Week Participation Request you and/or your company will be invoiced for payment. Participation and space in any scheduled Vendor Week will not be guaranteed until all requirements have been met and payment has been received by the Office of Student Life. Payment must be received by the due date indicated on invoice. All requests for space shall be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests must be received no later than (10) ten business days prior to the participation dates requested.

Campus restrictions regarding location, time, date, and use of amplification may apply. Standard spaces of one (1) table and two (2) chairs will be assigned either inside or outside the Student Union. Available dates are listed below and hours are 9 a.m. to as late as 6 p.m. although most vendors/solicitors choose to depart earlier in the afternoons.

All solicitation must take place at tables in designated areas. (You may not approach students beyond the front edge of the table, call out to them or circulate throughout campus)

Parking is restricted to Student and Visitor parking spaces only. Parking in Disabled, Employee and/or School Vehicle parking spaces is prohibited. For specific rules about unloading, please contact College Safety, (623) 845.3535. It is suggested that all participants provide their own carts and/or hand trucks to transport materials.
