| Vendors who wish to provide services on Glendale Community College premises, must meet specific insurance requirements before such services are rendered. Glendale Community College is a subdivision of the Maricopa County Community College District. | |
| 1. Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Vendor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MCCCD and its agents,
officers, officials, employees and volunteers from and against all claims,
damages, losses and expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees
and court costs) arising from the acts, errors, mistakes, omissions, worker
service of the Vendor, its agents, employees or any tier of Vendor's subcontractors
in the performance of work or service.
2. Insurance. Vendor must maintain, during the period of service, insurance policies described below issued by companies licensed in Arizona with current A.M. Best rating of A:VII or better. Vendor must furnish the District Risk Manager with certificates of insurance evidencing the coverage, conditions, and limits required as follows:
In the "Descriptions" section of the certificate, the following must be named as additional insureds for any and all services or projects: Maricopa County Community College District, its agents, officers, officials, employees and volunteers. Other types of coverage and limits may be required, depending upon the exposures.
