It is a great idea to book a room for your group a semester in advance. The Meeting rooms located in the Student Union Building's Student Leadership Center are dedicated to student clubs and organizations. We recommend that they be your first consideration as meeting rooms. When planning an event or activity, it is also wise to see what other activities might be going on at the same time. This will enable you to see if an alternative date might be wiser. To inquire about, or to book a room, space, or college vehicle, please email Dolly or Connie with your request. They will be happy to help you!
Please note:
- When scheduling your meetings and/or events please bear in mind that your request must be submitted TWO WEEKS prior to the event, especially if setups are required.
- There is not a setup request sheet for use in reserving the Palm Court Suite area. Instead, we ask that you please schedule a meeting with one of the Student Life/Leadership Center personnel to review your specific needs.

Aramark
Food Services 623.845.3543 If your group is planning a banquet, or wanting refreshments and/or food for an event, Aaron and Aramark Dining Services can help. As an exclusive contractor for GCC and MCCCD, Aramark does have first right of refusal for campus food services. What this means for us is that you must first consult and obtain a price from Aramark before purchasing food or catering services over $100. Then, if you choose, you may seek quotes for comparable product and service off campus. If you obtain a lower quote, or Aramark is not able to provide your request, then you may use another company.
