Using the college facilities, i.e.,buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Recruiting members on campus.

Receiving assistance from the Student Leadership Center to plan and implement events and programs.

Publicizing activities in the campus newspaper, and posting publicity announcements on campus in accordance with the posting policies.
