Absence Excuse
OFFICIAL ABSENCE EXCUSE FORMS When a student is representing the
college
in an official capacity such as
a forensics meet, athletic
event, etc., an official absence excuse
must be completed and presented to
each of the student's
instructors for signatures at least THREE DAYS
prior to the absence. These
absences are not counted
against a student in his/her classes.
Instructions:
1. Advisor may obtain Official
Absence Excuse cards from the Office of
Student Life.
2. Each student participating in
the college sponsored activity must
have the card signed by all
his/her instructors at least THREE DAYS prior to the event.
3. Each student is
responsible for returning the completed card to the
Office of Student Life BEFORE
departing from the campus for
the scheduled event.
