GCC Departmental Scholarships

Several academic departments at GCC offer scholarships. Award amounts and criteria vary and scholarships are usually restricted to students majoring in a particular academic discipline. Each academic division is responsible for awarding these scholarships. Please contact the department directly for information about the application process.

ACE - Scholarship applications are accepted during the month of November.

Adapted PE - Visit the Adapted PE Office (FW) for information and assessment.

Automotive - Contact Don Davis, Automotive Technology Department, for information about the Fabulous Fifties Ford Club Scholarship and the Copper State Ford Mustang Scholarship.

Performing Arts - Contact Charles Hulihan, Music Department, for information about the Nicolas Carver Memorial, Silver and Gold Scholarships, and tuition waivers for private instruction.

Student Veterans may apply for the Dr. Phil D. Randolph Scholarship (MCCF) and the GCC Veterans Spirit of National Service Scholarship (MCCF) by completing a Academic Works. The Maricopa Community College Foundation non-profit scholarship organization, is a database that matches your single, online application against all the Foundation scholarship offerings, including Veteran specific scholarships. To be matched to these two Veteran Scholarships, apply to Academic Works during the month of March (dates vary).
