Biography
Biography
My chemistry journey started at Trenton State College (now The College of New Jersey). I started out as a physics major, then switched to chemistry. After receiving my BS in Chemistry I went on to Arizona State University where I did research on molecules that mimic the energy conversion of photosynthesis. Our research group was called the Center for the Study of Early Events in Photosynthesis. My favorite chemistry topics are organic synthesis and photosynthesis. My favorite organelle is the chloroplast.
Non-chemistry favorites include hiking, kayaking, scuba diving, enduros and harescrambles, and woodworking.
