- Myspace.com advertising and server space – seeking media most used by younger target audiences; implications for campus technology
- Retention and student under-preparedness – adapting these needs/realities to instruction and interaction in classrooms

- Class cancellation reasons – can these be mitigated/changed
- M&O issues/safety – practices staff must follow; changing OSHA requirements
- Fairness and opportunity in hiring – doing more to enhance this ideal
- Hiring more Hispanic faculty – status and plans for the future
- Ideas for fun?! Need to make GCC as a workplace pleasant and enjoyable
- Student recruitment and diversity – status and plans for the future
- Promotion of instructional technology – students knowing about classes
- Students and employees as best advocates for GCC – adding to traditional promotional approaches; all GCC employees are recruiters as well
- Corner marquee a good idea and effective – good use of technology for messaging with thousands of passersby daily
- Reclassification/equalizing position for PSA employees – status and GCC response
- Class schedule distribution, such as in waiting rooms, etc. – being creative with how and where schedules are distributed; non-traditional approaches
- Wearing GCC shirts – advocating for GCC face to face/"high touch"

- Online faculty bios/communicating teaching styles for students – can be a selling point for students looking for a match in instructional preference
