On November 2nd at 7:30 am, we will begin accepting applications (2nd floor of the Life Science Building) for Spring 2010 CNA classes.

APPLICATION PERIOD EXTENDED
We will continue taking applications through December 4, 2009

There are 2 options for Spring 2010 N.A. Programs:

January 11 - Feb 26th.
MWF
Lecture 8:00am - 2:00pm
Lab/hospital 6:30am - 12:30pm
January 19 - March 9th
T/Th
Lecture 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Lab/hospital 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Admission to the N.A. Program is by application process only.

Requirements:

  1. Completed Application
  2. Completed Health and Safety Documentation Checklist & Proof of immunity or immunizations for Tetanus, Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, current TB testing
  3. Completed Health Declaration form from physician. (Form can be found in Basic Nursing Assistant Application).
  4. Current Health Care Provider CPR/BLS card
  5. Dept. of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card (See Fingerprinting Instructions below) - application & instructions can be picked up at the Nursing Dept. Office, 2nd Floor of the Life Science Building on GCC's main campus (59th Ave & Olive)
