On November 2nd at 7:30 am, we will begin accepting applications (2nd floor of the Life Science Building) for Spring 2010 CNA classes.
We will continue taking applications through December 4, 2009
There are 2 options for Spring 2010 N.A. Programs:

Admission to the N.A. Program is by application process only.
Requirements:
- Completed Application
- Completed Health and Safety Documentation Checklist & Proof of immunity or immunizations for Tetanus, Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, current TB testing
- Completed Health Declaration form from physician. (Form can be found in Basic Nursing Assistant Application).
- Current Health Care Provider CPR/BLS card
- Dept. of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card (See Fingerprinting Instructions below) - application & instructions can be picked up at the Nursing Dept. Office, 2nd Floor of the Life Science Building on GCC's main campus (59th Ave & Olive)
