Admission to the N.A. Program is by application process only.
There are no more seats left for the March class. A Summer program is being developed & an announcement will be put here regarding the applications period & the times/days of the summer program.
Requirements:
- Completed Application
- Completed Health and Safety Documentation Checklist & Proof of immunity or immunizations for Tetanus, Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, current TB testing
- Completed Health Declaration form from physician. (Form can be found in Basic Nursing Assistant Application).
- Current Health Care Provider CPR/BLS card
- Dept. of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card (See Fingerprinting Instructions below) - application & instructions can be picked up at the Nursing Dept. Office, 2nd Floor of the Life Science Building on GCC's main campus (59th Ave & Olive). Note:
It can take up to 8 weeks for DPS to issue a fingerprint clearance card.
