For the last 17 years, researchers have been studying what they have come to call HeartMath. They are learning that the heart is more than a pumper of blood and that learning to "control " your heart and studying its connection to your mind and emotions can improve health, reduce stress, help you in sports activities and much more. A co-founder of the HeartMath Institute, Howard Martin has spoken all over the world.
