GCC Still Has Scholarships Available!

Anyone currently attending Glendale Community College or considering doing so next spring should know that there are scholarships that have not been awarded and are awaiting applicants! Many are for students already attending GCC; others are available for new students. Awards will be made sometime in October.
Visit www.gccaz.edu/finaid/12621.htm for application forms and to view the available scholarships, the criteria required to apply, and amounts. The one-semester amounts available range from $250 to $1,000.
All applications (including all attachments and letters of recommendation) must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, 2008, in the GCC Financial Aid & Scholarships Office, located in the Enrollment Center on the GCC Campus, 6000 W. Olive Avenue in Glendale.
Applications are available for scholarships in the areas of automotive technology, art, chemistry, computer science, engineering/technology, religious studies, journalism, math, nursing, psychology, science and social work.
