Disney World Comes to GCC on March 26
College students from any school are invited to meet with a representative of Walt Disney World on March 26 to learn about paid internship opportunities at the Florida theme park. This open, public, information session will be held at Glendale Community College in the Language Arts (LA) Building, room 141. Disney recruiter Elaine Bolivar will present highlights of the Disney College Program at 3 p.m. Interns are paid $6.79 to $8.14 an hour, and have quality housing available to them at low cost. Interested students should complete the application (found along with more information about these highly prized internships at www.disneycollegeprogram.com) and bring it to the presentation, along with an updated copy of their résumé. Many former Disney interns have gone on to obtain permanent positions at Disney World through this nationally recognized program. Free parking for this presentation is available south of the LA Building. Call 623.845.3420 or 623.845.3065 for more information about this event. Visit www.gccaz.edu for more information about GCC and its programs. GCC is located at 6000 W. Olive Avenue in Glendale. (Olive is Dunlap Avenue in Phoenix.)
