Inventory Management and Public Information
Because relocation of memorials may be necessary, and relatives and colleagues of employees may return to the campus and choose to visit a memorial, it is essential that an accurate historical record be maintained.
Maintenance of all memorial information and maps is the responsibility of the Director of Marketing and Community Relations. This office will utilize a spreadsheet to record the name of the employee, type of memorial, description of the memorial, location, funding option and any changes in the memorial or its location. Additionally, locations of all monuments will be mapped. Copies of all information and maps will be provided to the Office of the President, Facilities Manager, and Director of Alumni Affairs.
