The Math Solution, located in the northwest corner of the Math building, provides FREE walk-in tutoring for all Mathematics and Computer Science students at GCC.  The Mathematics Department operates this program, which provides tutoring by Math & Computer Science faculty, staff and advanced student tutors.  A large number of students take advantage of this valuable resource every semester. There were over 10,000 documented student contacts last semester. 

Even if you do not need help with mathematics, this is a great environment for studying or doing homework in mathematics.

The Math Solution provides:

• free walk-in Math tutoring
• a Testing Center
• computers to use for online math homework
• break out rooms for group study
• calculator leasing services ($20 per semester)
  • payment made at GCC Cashiers Office in the Enrollment Center
  • bring receipt of payment to The Math Solution to check-out a calculator
