GCC's Computer Science (CSC) program is housed within the Mathematics Department. Courses are offered during the day, evening and online. All campus courses are taught in computer lab classrooms.

The program currently offers all courses required for the first two years by ASU's Computer Science and Systems Engineering Pre-Professional program. See the GCC Course Sequence for Computer Science majors or for Systems Engineering majors for a schedule outline of all required courses. Most of these courses also transfer to Computer Science programs at UofA and NAU .

Courses for non-majors include:

  • Computing for Scientists, Engineers & Medical/Healthcare Specialists (CSC180)
  • Bioinformatics & Scientific Computing (CSC283)
  • Web Page Development (CSC185 & CSC285)

See a list of Computer Science courses and course sequences.
