Officer
Anspach graduated the Academy in May of 2000 where he
was a reserve deputy and then a full-time deputy sheriff. He then lateralled over to the DPS in May of 2001 where he is
currently assigned to the Highway Patrol Bureau. Eric is currently a Sergeant in teh Sworn Selection and Recruiting Unit after having served as a patrol officer. He is a

Fire Marshal Blaire has been with the Glendale Fire Dept. since 1985 and has
been an investigator since 1987. He has
investigated over 1000 fires and is a certified peace officer. He also has extensive experience as a
pathologist assistant with the U.S. Army and the Maricopa County Medical
Examiners Office.

Sgt. Castrovinci
has been with the Glendale Police Department since 1997 and is presently
assigned to the Cainine Division. Sgt. Castrovinci graduated from GCC Academy as a Reserve Officer for the City of Goodyear. Coombs
Sgt.
Coombs has been with the Glendale Police Department for 17 years. His current assignment is as a supervisor
within the Special Investigations Division and the Tactical Operations Unit. He instructs in various disciplines involving
Narcotics and Vice, as well as Tactical Operations.
Kim Dominguez
Kim Dominguez joined the Glendale Police Department in 1992 after serving 7 years in the USAF. She has worked as an undercover narcotics detective, forgery detective and pawn detective. She is currently assigned as a Recruitment Sergeant in Personnel Management and a member of the bomb squad since 2000. Sgt. Dominguez also an instructor for Bomb Awareness, HAZMAT First Response, Defensive Tactics, High Risk Vehicle Stops, Impact Weapons, and WMD Response.
Bruce Foremny has been in Arizona Law Enforcement for over 18 years and is currently a Senior Investigator with the Homicide Detail of the Glendale Police Department. He is a graduate of the Delinquency Control Institute at USC. Bruce teaches for the Governors Office for Children on violent crimes involving children and has been a guest lecturer for the National Police in Sweden.

Harkleroad has been with the Glendale Police
Department since 1996. He is a tactical
driving Instructor and has taught at the
Det. Rob Hawkins has been in law enforcement for over 33 years. He spent 10 years as a law enforcement specialist with the Air Force, 5 years of that working narcotics in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He has been with Glendale PD now for 23 years working as a detective in Auto Theft, Property Crimes, a member of the Bank Fraud Task Force, Undercover Narcotics, the State Gang Enforcement Unit (GITEM) and for the past 15 years, a detective with the persons unit (now violent crimes/homicide unit).

Hauserman has been in law enforcement since 1979 and is presently with the
Glendale Police Department. She is
currently assigned to theAccident Invstigation and Reconstruciton Unit. She has previously served in patrol and the firearms training section as the Department
Rangemaster, and has assisted the firearms training at Phoenix Regional and
ALETA academies as well as assisting with statewide APOST firearms courses.

Hutchinson is an Identification Technician with the Avondale Police
Department. He has over 23 years
experience in the application of forensics at major crime scenes. He spent over 6 years as an Associate

Jesus Jerez
Deputy Jesus A. Jerez has been employed with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office since February 1997 where he began as a Detention Officer working at the Towers jail facility. In September 1998, Jesus became a Deputy Sheriff, since then he has worked in patrol and was assigned to the Investigation Bureau for four (4) years working in the fields of undercover, clandestine lab investigations, surveillance operations, counter terrorism, etc. Deputy Jerez has also been assigned to the Training and Development Division, Basic Deputy Academy, where he assisted with the day to day operations of the Deputy Academy.
Zolton Kardos
Deputy Z. Rob Kardos began his career at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office November 2nd, 1992 as a Detention Officer. While serving as a Detention Officer, Deputy Kardos attended the Glendale Community College Law Enforcement Training Center Class #33 and obtained his Peace Officer Certification in May 1995. Deputy Kardos has additional specialized training in the following areas: Child Crimes Investigation, Fraud and Fraudulent Schemes Investigation, Street Crimes and Surveillance/Investigation, Death Investigations, CommercialVehicle Inspection, DRE and HGN, Basic Computer Crimes and Seizure, Adult andElder Abuse/Investigation, Interview and Interrogation, RailwayAccidents and HAZMAT Spills.
Steve Kinkade
Steve Kinkade has been with the fire service for 31 years. He is an Assistant Fire Chief for Operations at Luke AFB.
He worked as the Hazardous Materials Assistant Chief for 8 years and is certified as Hazardous Materials Instructor to
include incident command. Chief Kinkade has been teaching at the college level since 1998.
Chief Lane is with the Arizona Capitol Police Department. Chief Lane has been in law enforcement since 1980 when he joined the Az. Department
of Public Safety Highway Patrol. He has

Commander McLaughlin has been with the Goodyear
Police Department since 1992. He started as a Reserve Officer and was hired

Kevin Riddle currently serves as a Lieutenant with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office where he has been employed since 1977. His previous assignments as a Deputy have included Patrol, Tactical Operations and Vehicular Crimes. He has supervised and/or managed Aviation, Warrants, Training and Detectives. Kevin has been an AzPOST General Instructor since 1985 and holds instructor certifications in Impact Weapons, Firearms, Physical Fitness and High Risk Stops, along with serving as a Subject Matter Expert on the General Instructor Program. Kevin has a Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Canyon University in Applied Management. He graduated from GCC Class #1 and has taught
at the Academy since 1990.

Mark Schott has worked in law enforcement since 1990. He has served in various areas including
patrol, criminal investigations and administration. He is currently assigned as the Division
