The Glendale Community College recognizes that many citizens own and use firearms.  Many of those have not had the ability to take classes taught by professionals on the safe and responsible manner of handling firearms.

The Glendale Community College Law Enforcement Operations division uses Arizona police officers and certified Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors to teach classes for the non-police students.  (There are of course several firearm classes for the law enforcement officer also – see GCCLEO.COM)

Classes stress all aspects of safe handling, storing and responsible firearm usage.
