Taught by a leading negotiations expert, this course gives the first responder the tools needed to defuse and cope with a barricaded situation until other assistance arrives.

Class is 8 hours in length and is AzPOST approved for 8 hours of continuing training.

Class format: One day, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Costs: 1/2 credit hour. There is also a $15 registration fee if you are not currently enrolled at GCC.

Class Requirements: Law enforcement credentials will be requested at the beginning of class the first day.
