Helpdesk - On the Move! GCC's Technology Help Desk is moving! More accurately the Technology Help Desk is consolidating activities and locations. We have pulled together the Student and Employee help desks into one unit, The Help Desk [actually that is old news]. With roles supporting both students and employees, we need to be located centrally for both groups. So we are relocating to the west end of High Tech Center 1, aka "Control West". There you will see familiar faces, as well as benefit from cooperation with existing HTC staff. Our hours of coverage are as follows: After June 1st please visit us at our new location in High Tech Center 1 at the Control West counter. Until June 1st the former employee help desk site in the admin building A56 (near the mailboxes) will still be in operation, but will gradually be shut down. If the window is closed please come to HT1. The former student help desk location in HT2-139 (aka Innovation Center) is no longer an official help desk location, even though the wonderful people there are still very helpful. The info desk in HT2-123 will be unmanned but stocked with self-help tools. The Technology Help Desk staff (and all of OIT) continues to look forward to serving you with your technology needs.
