eGCC Conversion
Listing of available software via eGCC Many customers in EC were not aware of the software available via the eGCC system. In response to this issue, the conversion team has a written listing of all available default software which will be shared at your initial interview. Programs that are essential for course instruction and/or GCC business processes that fall outside of the standard software listing will be forwarded to Training and Employee development. The goal through this effort is to ascertain the needs of the customer and to effectively accommodate those needs. Institution of post conversion interview process We will schedule a sit down meeting with customers after the conversion process to find out how we can serve you better in the future. We believe in the power of having face to face conversation in lieu of an automated questionnaire so we can accurately gauge feelings about our process as well as GCC business related issues.
