Welcome to the GCC Business Card, Name Badge, and Stationery Ordering Site

Ordering business cards, letterhead, and name badge must be approved by your department manager/chair and dean before your order can be processed. Once Human Resources receives your approved order, we will check to ensure your official title and department were used. If you need to use a title or department that is not considered official, check the appropriate box(es) on the approval routing form (see below).

Please follow these steps to begin your order:

  1. Print the approval routing form by clicking here
  2. To create your proof, use the order template. The account and password are listed below. Your department's budget code is also required:

    • Account: 3017gcc
    • Password: demo

      (Write down, if necessary.)

  3. Click here to start your order

Remember, orders without signatures or a budget code will not be processed. If you have questions, please call Human Resources at (623) 845-3400. Also, please remember that proofing the order is your responsibility. Once the order is received by the printer, it is final.
