Onboarding


The Onboarding Team's main responsibility is to process and maintain new hire and returning temporary employees. Temporary employees typically fall into three categories:

  • Budget Employees
  • Work Study Employees
  • Adjunct and Substitute Faculty

    In addition to in-processing new hire and returning employees, the Onborading Team also:

  • Ensures employees are eligible to work via the federal I-9 and E-Verify programs
  • Maintains personnel files
  • Orders business cards for the GCC Community
  • Maintains the Employee ID Badge system
  • Coordinates the Adjunct Faculty, New Employee, and Temporary Employees Orientations.
