Adjunct Faculty Vacancies

Requirements to teach Performing Arts: Welcome to the Performing Arts Department, which includes the following disciplines: Dance, Dance Humanities, Music History and History, Theory and Composition, Commerical Business in Music, Music Education, Music Performance, Theatre, and Theatre Performance and Production. Minimum requirements: Master's degree or higher earned degree from an accredited college or university with at least twenty-four (24) semester or thirty-six (36) quarter hours of upper division and/or graduate credit in the field to be taught. Adjunct positions currently available for the following class(es)in the Performing Arts Department: MUC 110, Music Business: Recording and Mass Media (Class Time: 8:30 - 11:15 am, Class Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, Location: GCC Main) MUC 195, Studio Music Recording I (Class Time: 2:45 - 5:00 pm, Class Days: Mondays and Wednesdays, Location: GCC Main) MUC 196, Studio Music Recording II (Class Time: 11:30 am - 2:15 pm, Class Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays, Location: GCC Main) You may be contacted by the Performing Arts department for an interview if your background fits its needs and if there are openings available.
