How Do I Get Help?
- To obtain your eGCC Username, scan your GCC College ID at the eGCC Account Look-Up Station located next to the Tech Desk. Scanning your GCC ID will activate your account and give you information about your eGCC Username and password. These are required to log into your eGCC Account. You can print this information at the Account Look-Up Station.
- If further help is needed, you can ask the Helpdesk staff at the Tech Desk or you may be referred to the Help Desk located at the bottom of the stairs inside the West entrance of High Tech 1.
- Account and software assistance can be found by raising your hand or by going to the Tech Desk.
- The Center for Learning offers one-on-one help for students in many classes. Please call (623) 845-3812 for more information.
- Special needs students can find accommodations through the Disabled Services and Resources Department (623) 845-3080 or by contacting Mark Ferris, Manager Disability Resources at (623) 845-3082.
