PAT - (MEMO) Personal Administration Tool
Overview:
Employees can use PAT to change their MEMO password, directory information, vacation replies, and to manage distribution lists.
- My Profile:
Use this option to change your MEMO Email, Directory, MEID and other Enterprise ID passwords. You can also use this option to change personal information in the Maricopa Directory. - Distribution Lists:
Click here to view and edit Memo distribution lists you own.You can also use this tool to edit someone else's list if you have the password. - Email Settings:
Set your Vacation-Reply, check your Memo disk space quota and forward your account to another email address using this tool.
Overview:
Employees use their Service Account Manager to set an auto-reply/vacation message, change their password, and monitor their MEMO space quota.
MEMO Web Interface- LoginScreen
Overview:
Using any web browser, employees can access their MEMO mail via the web using the four steps listed below.
- Point your browser to the following address: http://gcmail.maricopa.edu
- Select Web Mail from the menu.
- Enter your MEMO Username and Password where prompted, and click on the "Login" button.
- To read your email, click on the "Inbox" link, and click on "Compose Mail" link to write an email.
Overview:
Employees can book meetings with other users, delegate access to their calendars, track tasks and use intelligent updates (SMS, IM) to remind themselves of events.
