Employee Software Purchasing Program

Software is available at discounted prices for employees of Maricopa Community College. Purchasing the software is through an outsourced company, already in use by Rio for their student purchase program, called eAcademy. 

Follow the instructions below to access the software purchase program.

  1. 1. A discounted pricing program is available to active employees for certain Microsoft products. You can review those options by first accessing the MCCD Compliance Portal.
  2. Login with your complete MEMO email address and password (i.e., maricopa.employee@gcmail.maricopa.edu).
  3. When the Maricopa Community Colleges Disclosure and Acknowledgement appears will see a tab (located in the upper right-hand corner of the page) that says Microsoft. Click on that tab.
  4. The MSEPP_NEW page opens. Locate and click on the text “click here to access SPP”.
  5. The products page (which also include Adobe products), will load. The page will say Rio Salado but this is exactly where you want to be.
  6. Select the products you want to purchase. As you select products, the system will track your selections to assure that no more than one copy is ordered.
