Welcome To GCC's Largest Open Lab!
We have over 250 computers including both Windows and Macintosh platforms in the "Pit" equipped with software, Internet, and email access. It is open to all credited students with the goal of delivering an outstanding level of customer service by providing both software and assistance in a way that reflects the Mission and Vision of Glendale Community College and the High Tech Center.

High Tech Center 1 is near the center of the main campus, north of the Library Media Center and south of High Tech Center 2.
Automated doors for disabled access are located on the west face of the building, facing the central mall, and at the northwest corner of the building, facing north.
How Do I Get Help?
- To obtain your eGCC Username, scan your GCC College ID at one of the eGCC Account Look-Up Stations located next to "Control East" and "Control West.". Scanning your GCC ID will give you your eGCC Username that is required to log into your Account. Printouts are available at each of these Account Look-Up Stations.
- If further help is needed, you can ask one of the Helpdesk staff. Our Helpdesk is located inside the West entrance.
- Account and software assistance can be found by raising your hand; looking for someone with a badge; or by going the the "Control West" or "Control East" desks.
- The Center for Learning offers one-on-one help for students in many classes. Please call (623) 845-3812 for more information.
