How do I request...?
Workstation Upgrade:
If your current computer isn't able to keep up with your demands, you may request that it be upgraded or replaced. Simply click on "Request a Workstation Upgrade," login, and select the form you need from the list.
Additionally, if you need to place an order for a computer to be used by a new employee or student worker, you may use this link to submit your request for their system as well.

Computer Repairs:
Request for repairs should be directed to the Technology Help Desk at 623.845.3555 (53555 on campus).
Software:
If you require software for your eGCC workstation that is not already available on eGCC/Softgrid or our Microsoft Campus Agreement licenses, you may make a request through the Software Acquisition request forms. If approved, the software purchase will be processed by the Technology Acquisitions Group and installed/tested by Office of Information Technology.
