What Are These Account For....??
eGCC
Your eGCC account grants access to Glendale Community College’s computing environment. Introduced in 2006, eGCC provides a customized work area for GCC faculty, employees, and those students enrolled in credit classes.
This customized work environment is accessed through your eGCC account. All employees, faculty and students enrolled in credit classes have an eGCC account. Depending on your role on campus, this account grants access to the data, software, and other resources for your individualized needs. Faculty and employees have access to shared department files, while students and faculty have access to shared course folders and files. Software, Internet browsers, a standard suite of tools, library databases, and a wide range of other resources are also accessible to everyone with an eGCC account.
MEID
As our Maricopa District moves to a "single sign-on" process, users will have one username for logging in to multiple computer systems. This username is called your Enterprise Identification and is used to log into the
variety of District hosted applications, Blackboard, My.Maricopa.edu, HRMS, and SIS for example.
MEMO
MEMO (Maricopa Email Messaging 2000) is Maricopa’s email system. MEMO provides employees a seamlessly integrated set of electronic communication tools including SMTP/IMAP compatible email, industry standard directory access, and state-of-the-art enterprise wide time management. If you do not have a MEMO Account and feel you need an account to complete your daily work, please contact your supervisor or department secretary. Please note, all employees have an eGCC email account.
***Your MEMO username and password is currently used to log into some office workstations. As these stations are upgraded, your eGCC username and password will be used to login to your new eGCC workstation.
