What is Powerpoint?
PowerPoint is Microsoft© Office's presentation program. Most commonly the program is used to create slides for an on-screen computer-based presentation. You can also print handouts of the presentation, print an outline, notes, or the entire presentation.
Reminder: PowerPoint 2003 is also available on eGCC computers. Look for it in the Programs menu.
Faculty frequently use PowerPoint to deliver course materials to students via the web. The following brief tutorial demonstrates how to open, download, save, and print these materials:
